From The Ashes was based out of South Florida & consisted of members Matthew Wilkof (vocals, lead guitar), Angel Hernandez (drums), Frank Hernandez (rhythm guitars) and Jose "Das Haas" Robles (bass). After years of playing shows they recorded Awakened, landed a deal with Bieler Bros. Records. changed their name to Another Black Day and toured the US supporting their self-titled debut.
